After years of honing my craft at Massage Envy, I made the decision to go independent — so I could give every client the time, attention, and depth of care they actually deserve. No rushed sessions. No one-size-fits-all protocols.
My work is rooted in a holistic understanding of the body. I don't just treat the spot that hurts — I trace the patterns of tension, identify injured muscle fibers and scar tissue, and work methodically to restore function and relief. It's therapeutic bodywork with purpose behind every technique.

The sweet spot. Enough time to work holistically — addressing root causes, not just symptoms. Recommended for most clients.
120 min
$200
A comprehensive, full-body session for deep recovery work, chronic pain management, or when your body needs thorough attention.
Bundle & Save
Book 3 sessions upfront and receive 15% off the total. Available for any session length — mix and match.
Mobile Sessions
I come to you. Locations within 15 miles are included. Beyond that, a $20–$50 travel fee applies depending on distance.
